What to include
If your message is about an order, put the order number in the first line and write from the email address you ordered with. It saves a round trip and gets you an answer the same day more often than not.

Wholesale, press and stockists
Email the same address with WHOLESALE or PRESS in the subject line and it gets routed to the right person. Tell us who you are and what you have in mind.
Shipping outside the US
We ship within the United States today. If you are somewhere else, email us and we will add you to the list — when we open a route to your country, you hear about it first.
Where MILH comes from
The salt is hand-harvested in the Dead Sea basin and the olive oil is pressed in the hills around Nablus. Each jar is filled, labelled with its batch number, and packed with a card naming who made it. If you want to know more about the people behind a specific batch, quote the batch number from your jar and we will tell you.
Privacy
Anything you email us is used to answer you and nothing else. We do not add you to the mailing list because you asked a question — that only happens if you sign up yourself. See the Privacy Policy.
